·         Agree on time and place for our first meeting – we are flexible in visiting your premises

·         At this first meeting you can share details about your business and particularly where you are now compared to your expectations and where you want to be, in say, 3 years e.g. grow , sell or maintain the business,

·          We can then discus the financial aspects of your business e.g. your cash flows, profit results, financing  etc

·         Finally we would establish objectives for the business which have to be quantified e.g. sales targets, cash collection targets

·         At conclusion of the meeting a draft implementation plan would be prepared and presented to you showing how we would assist to achieve your objectives

·         At that stage we would then agree on the level of services required and on fees associated with those services – our initial consultation and submission would be free of charge.
